By accessing or using the BracketFury website and services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use BracketFury. By registering, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. Users under the age of 18 may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
BracketFury is available to users in the United States and other jurisdictions where bracket competition games are lawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this Platform complies with all local laws and regulations.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify BracketFury immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Each user may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Important: BracketFury is an entertainment platform only. Bracket challenges on this platform do not constitute gambling, wagering, or any form of real-money gaming. No purchase is necessary to participate.
BracketFury bracket challenges are games of skill and entertainment. Results are determined by the accuracy of user predictions about real sporting events. No money is wagered through BracketFury itself.
Users may create private groups for friends, family, or colleagues. Any prizes arranged within private groups are solely between the participants. BracketFury is not responsible for the collection, distribution, or disputes related to prizes in private groups.
Public groups may be sponsored by third-party organizations ("Sponsors"). Prizes in sponsored groups are offered and distributed directly by the Sponsor, not by BracketFury. BracketFury makes no guarantee regarding prize availability, value, or delivery. Each sponsored group will display its own official rules. By entering a sponsored group, you agree to those rules in addition to these Terms.
Where prizes are offered, additional rules may apply depending on your state or jurisdiction. Void where prohibited by law. You are responsible for any taxes or obligations associated with prizes you receive.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
Your use of BracketFury is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
In public groups, your username is visible to other participants. Your personal details (name, email, address) are never displayed publicly.
BracketFury may display advertisements and sponsored content on the Platform. Advertisers and sponsors have no influence over editorial content or bracket results. BracketFury is not responsible for the products, services, or claims of any third-party advertisers.
Because BracketFury is accessible to users as young as 13 years old, we enforce a strict age-appropriate advertising policy. All advertisers and sponsors must agree to our Advertiser Content Policy as a condition of placing ads on the Platform.
The following categories of advertising are strictly prohibited on BracketFury:
Permitted advertising categories include: sports equipment and apparel, athletic gear, youth and collegiate sports programs, sports media and streaming, food and non-alcoholic beverages, general consumer products appropriate for all ages, educational services, and other family-appropriate products and services.
BracketFury does not permit behavioral or interest-based advertising targeting users who are or appear to be under the age of 18. We do not share, sell, or use the personal data of users under 18 for advertising profiling purposes. All advertising on BracketFury for users under 18 is strictly contextual (based on the content of the page, not the user's browsing history or profile).
All advertisers must sign our Advertiser Agreement confirming that their ad content complies with this policy and all applicable federal and state laws, including COPPA, FTC guidelines, and applicable state consumer protection laws. BracketFury reserves the right to reject, remove, or require modification of any advertisement at any time without notice or refund.
Sponsors of public bracket groups must comply with the same content policy above. Sponsors are solely responsible for fulfilling any prizes offered. By sponsoring a public group, the Sponsor agrees that their brand and prize offering are appropriate for users 13 years of age and older.

BracketFury operates an online merchandise store. All purchases are subject to our store policies, including our return and refund policy. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges.
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt for any issues with your order.
All content on BracketFury — including logos, text, graphics, software, and design — is owned by BracketFury or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
BracketFury is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Bracket results are based on real-world sporting events and BracketFury is not responsible for incorrect or delayed score updates due to data provider issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BracketFury and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
BracketFury reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
